Presently I am working in Pvt. Ltd. company as a post of Account Manager.On Last date of financial year (i.e. 31.03.2013 )Our company dispatches some goods against C form. But the party (purchaser) received the said goods on 4/5 April, therefore he include the same in F.Y-2013-14.Hence the party not provided us C form on FY 2012-13.

Kindly reply me the date of issue of C form & further any case law of this issue also will be refer.

29 October 2013 plz check the date on invoice

if it pertains to FY 2012-13, you should ask to revise the return and send forms

otherwise, you have to revise the return

29 October 2013 Neither you nor your customer need to revise the returns and it is not correct to do it also.Ask your buyer to send the C forms at the earliest after the end of the April-June quater,and file the same to the dept.Such problems happen in each qurter also for many dealers.Submission of forms can be delayed a bit but not claiming it from the web site only....mjk

29 October 2013 here seller booked sale in the FY 2012-13
and purchase booked purchase in the FY 2013-14

In my opinion, year must be matched for claiming benefit of form C
