As per my offer letter it is written that "The Company shall, in consideration of the Services rendered by the Consultant, pay to the Consultant fees of Rs. 12500 /- per month , subject to deduction of taxes, as applicable."
I am geting Rs. 11250 per months Rs. 1250 is TDS.
My question is that is am I eligible to get back my TDS.

Dear Gautam, difference of amount between total tax payable less total tds along with tax paid,if any will be refunded to you by the Income Tax Department.
