A Foreign Residental wants to Invest in Real Estate or Land. What are the Regulation/Provision which he has to follow under Fema & Income Tax, What are the Requirement before & after Investment.

there is no restriction under fema and income tax act.
the foreigner residental can invest in real estate or land but he can not invest in goverment alloted land.
