What are the provisions in the companies act regarding internal audit? is it compulsory? Is there any monetary limit specified in the act?

It can be reffered to CARO report issued by stautory auditor. CARO specifes certain limits beyond which Internal audit is compulsory. U can online get CARO report @ www.caalley.com
