Sir, In order to rectify an ITR, I need interest income certificate on deposit accounts for previous years (AY 2015-16 to be specific) but sbi internet banking facility does not provide this service wrt previous years. Please guide me as to how can I get it. Interestingly branch manager, sbi also is unable to sort it out. Regards.

They are liable to give you
You can ask them, if they are not replying then ask them to give you figures only.
This will make u enable to rectify return.
