Are input service tax credit available to companies on Audit fees and other professional fees paid?? If it is available, is there any specific condition to be fulfilled. Pls help

Only problem is that the client does not render any professional service.. Usaally service tax credit is adjusted with similar kind of service. But since service tax on professional sevices is directly related with the business so credit must be available
