Dear Experts, Is there any norms that has to be fulfilled for appointing an industrial trainee in a company on the following issues: a) Salary b) Other monetary benefits c) Non monetary benefits d) Whether they are eligible for bonus, PF and ESI contributions too Thanks & Regards, Rajesh.

Industrial trainees usually get stipend, not salary. Other benefits are as per will of the Company. No body stops them from paying you more than necessary.
