Income tax on perquistie on salary

ESOP trust grant shares to the director (who is whole time employee in the company) of pvt. ltd. company share on premium. premium on shares as a perquisite on salary in hand, so director have to pay income tax no the same. Can director tax liability pay company on behalf of director.

Tax paid by employer is taxable perquisite so reverse working to be done while making payment so that no tax liability occurs to employee.
