Dear Sir, I wish to clarify a doubt.i.e An employee can avail the HRA Exemption when he claim Int. on Housing Loan availed by him to construct the house?
2.An employee can avail the HRA Exemption when he claim Int. on Housing Loan availed by him for the constructed house(assume it is situated at other than working place)?

not clear what exactly you want to ask however what i could understand is whether an employee can avail HRA exemption while he is claming Intt on Housing loan for under constrution house and fully constructed house? answer is Yes.
