Dear Sir, The Union Budget 2015 was presented on 28.02.15. When would be the date on which such changes as proposed in the budget would become applicable? I am of the opinion that it would be applicable from 01.04.2015. The Budget would also be passed at the Rajya Sabha first. Please comment and help. Regards
