My question is that if an individual transfers a house property to his minor daughter,then the individual is not a deemed owner.So who will be taxable for IFHP.

As per the clubbing provisions, Income of minor daughter is taxable in the hands of the parent. So IFHP will be taxable in the hands of the parent.
