I have completed icwai inter on dec-12 attempt. i am working in capital iq (MNC). will this experiance be taken into consideration for practical training program for the registration of cwa final?

Organizations recognized for Practical Training A Cost Trainee shall undergo practical training under (1) Practicing Cost Accountant or (2) a firm of Cost Accountants or (3) in any of the following organizations. Central/State Government / Semi-Government / Public Utilities. Banks/Insurance/ other Financial Institution Public Sector Unit Universities, Management Institutes and any other recognized educational institute Co-operative societies engaged in Banking, Manufacturing. Any other organization with a turnover of Rs. 50 Lakhs in case service sector or Rs. 1 crore in case of other than service sector. Any other institution as approved by the Council

Recognized areas for Training: Management Accounting Cost Accounting Financial Accounting Financial Management Auditing Regulatory compliances Direct Taxation Indirect taxation Corporate Laws, Industrial Laws, Commercial Laws Systems Analysis, Information Technology (including ERP system) Project Management Banking Operation Insurance Valuation Financial Services Teaching in Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation and Management. Management Consultancy Services as defined in appendix 6 under Regulation 111 of CWA Regulation, 1959. Engineering Services involved in production of power or any manufacturing activities, Project Planning & Management, Quality Assessment, and Supply Chain Management. Any other areas approved by the Council.

But my role is not cost accountant/financial accountant.
I am a Research associate who give quality assurance ( check the financial reports of d/f companies & Other different types of reports which effect investors investment decision) only ...... still, can this experiance be considered for cwa final registration?
I mean ,after downloading the reports from company sites & d/f sources we just see documents are properly downloaded or any value converted wrongly.
i does one more process giving metadata for reports given by other contributors. (It's just MNC experience) which are completely irrelavant to accountancy

Dear friend... no need to say sorry.. you can claim for Training exemption as per your working field and experience... But you have to make an application for exemption to Council.. Council may be consider your exemption.

1) Submission of Form T-3 to Directorate of Training and Placement of the Institute along with a DD for Rs. 2000/- drawn in favour of Institute of Cost Accountants of India payable at New Delhi.

1) Experience certificate (stating designation, area of work & duration), duly signed by the Competent Authority of the organization in which employed/were employed.
2) Audited balance sheet of employers or any other proof of turnover (A letter mentioning the turnover of the company on the letterhead of the company, signed with seal)
3)Copy of current salary slip duly attested by employer.

I sent Form T-3 for Practical training exemption with my Experiance certicficate , Company balance sheet, April Salary payslip and Rs 2000/- worth DD to The Director (T&P),ICAI, New Delhi on 06/May/2013. But i have not received any acknowledgement from them. But till now i didn't get any response from them regarding T-3 form.
Now i am in dilemma wheather they consider my experience or not?
Will you please tell when & how i know about practical exemption?

If you are cleared both group of intermediate. then you are automatically eligible for final. You can contact with you nearest chapter office. They will give you all necessary information relating to your query.
