Hra vs housing loan

Hi all,
One of our clients is a Salary employee who is having own house in Bangalore and he is residing in rented house.
The rented house is around 50 kilometers far away from own house.
Now he is paying rent for rented house ,getting HRA from employer and making the housing loan payment for ownhouse
Will he get both deductions HRA and Housing loan ?
