Will HRA exemption be given in case rent is paid by a assessee to huf(of which he is a member)
The act says following 2 conditions need to be satisfied : -
1)rent actually paid by assessee
2)no house in name of assessee
but nothing is given
What shall be the treatment?Kindly elaborate please.....

Yes, the HRA exemption can be claimed in such case.

AGREE WITH ABOVE EXPERT HE CAN CLAIM EXEMPTION IF HE TRULY PAYING THE RENT..................

Yes if he does not have a house and he is paying rent then he can claim HRA
