whether two agreemwnts are entered for a rental premise one for normal rent and other for use of furniture, can second one claimed for HRA by an employee.

No. If there are different agreements one for rent another for use of furniture then the amount as per the first agreement is only considered. In case there would had been 1 agreement only comprising of both rent and use of furniture the whole amount could be considered for HRA
