If d construction of house completed on 1st April bt It was let out from 1st Nov..
Den Actual rent, municipal value nd fair rent b taken at wat value??full or 4 d months let out??

If it is not SOP then it would be deemed to be let out from the first day of FY. In your case it would be taxable for the whole FY if it is not SOP

if rent recd. then your rent will be taxable. if it is not rental then you show a self occupied house. if you have already a house then whole year rent will taxable in your hand.
