How to create/improve number of clienst

I just have query that once I became CA, I like to practice. If I have clients then only I can run my office without clients it impossible so, How to Create/improve number of clients in begging time of business.

1. First month visit all sales tax, income tax, professional tax, central excise, service tax department. Introduce yourself.
2. Meet daily 5 business people without hesitation. Drop your business card. Not immediately but later on one find day your service will be required to them.
3. Concentrate on PAN wanted person more. Try to visit software companies and listed companies.
4. At the same time, update your tax knowledge frequently.
5. Definitely, you will get the clients. Best of luck once again.

Thanks for suggestion,
I am already a Tax Consultant, but I am finding difficult in finding clients.
I have knowledge of Income Tax Office, Sales Tax Office & Service Tax. I mean to say I have practical knowledge. No problem of Knowledge.
