Dear Sir, While issuing job order salary break up given in appointment order. Basic + DA, HRA, Conveyance, Medical & LTA shows in appointment order. But preparation of salary sheet is total i.e. consolidiated. For example Basic & DA 13000, HRA 5000, Conveyance 3000, Medical 3000 & LTA 2000 Total Rs. 26000/-. Monthly salary paid Rs. 26000/- less PT & PF Deductions. In this case how LTA (Leave Travel Allowance) calculated & Paid. Then it applicable to LTA for twice during the block of 4 year? Please clearfiy.
