You have already taken the credit. This can be carried forward till utilised. There is no time restriction within which the CENVAT credit can be utilised.

AGREED, AS SOON AS PAYMENT OF BILL IS MADE, YOU CAN TAKE CREDIT OF BILL. FOR UTILIZATION OF THE BALANCE IN SERVICE TAX CREDIT A/C , THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT.
