26 July 2012 hi, one of my clients has a second home in pune which is not let out. how do i ascertain the municipal valuation to determine gross annual value?

26 July 2012 Municipal value is to be determined by Local Authority. Its same for the purpose of Municipal tax....

26 July 2012 Thank you for the reply - The municipal taxes for FY 11-12 are Rs. 5037, whereas the municipal bill shows the annual rateable value at Rs. 5890 - would this imply that the taxes are about 100% of the annual rateable value and would the ARV be the municipal valuation?
