i have a query, that, is there any provisoin for deduction on spouse LIC under Section 80C.
1. if spouse is not working 2. if he/she works but his income is not in any slab & he/she not fill return. 3. if he/she works but his income is not in any slab & he/she fill return.

The dedcution is based on the income fom which you have paid the LIC. If you have made the payment from your incoime you will get the deductions.
