Headache created by Professional !

This query is : Resolved

26 March 2008 Mr.A rendering professional service. He does not want to show income in his books received from particular client and he requested the client not to deduct tax at source.!

No doubt clients expenditure will be disallowed for non deduction. but Mr.A is a monopolistic service provider. The client does not have any other option before Mr.A

What the client has to do in these circumstances ?

03 April 2008 in my opinion i have two option with you,

1. Ask the professional to sign form 15H to show that his taxable income is less than the basic limit.
2. You pay the tax in addition to the professional charges
