25 February 2019 Overseas holding company has provided Management consultancy to its Indian wholly owned subsidy .Pl reply

1.Whether GST is payable by Indian co. being import of service
2.Whether TDS u/s 195 has to be deducted thoughOverseas company has no PAN and India & Overseas country has DTA.
