if an assessee has given his residential property for commercial use on rent,what will be the impact of gst on that assessee?
what will be the answer if assessee has given commercial property for commercial use on rent?

In case your turnover is below 2000000, then no need to get register in GST.
But when you get registered in GST you have to charge GST irrespective of turnover.
