Sir, Am an accountant in a private hospital which is a public ltd co. It has 10 directors Of them,Only 1..CMD is the authorised signatory.
1.While registering for gst,whether i hav to enter all the 10 directors' photo& details?
2.in "goods supplied"tab..whether v hav to fill anything?as a hospital,v sell medicines over pharmacy to our patients. Is that can be considered as supply? I filled it as medicaments with antibiotics Is it right?

1. For the purpose of registration, signature & details of only one director will suffice 2. Hospital services are exempted from GST. However, the sale of medicines over the counter attracts GST. 3. Yes the bills / invoices are needed to be modified stating the GST number, state code, HSN code (in the case of sale of medicine). Kindly refer to the notifications by the Govt.
