Dear Sir If land i.e shop is in mother name and she had expired. Her daughter is looking after said property.
Now, her above daughter husband i.e, son in law ,want to take gst registration in the same property mentioned above in his name. In such situation ., what are document required for gst registration for address proof.
Whether consent letter to be obtained from legal heir. and other address proof what required.

Consent letter would be required from the legal heir, documents evidencing the person as a legal heir and address proof of the property should do.
