Is Form GNL -2 is required to be filed every year to ROC and is private co.require to appoint auditor every year

Company can file certain documents with the Registrar of Companies by filing eForm GNL-2 and in case there is no eForm prescribed for filing any document with Registrar, then company can file such documents through this eForm
The appointment of auditors shall be made for a 5 year term subject to ratification at every AGM
