Pay attention to those "little perks" that get thrown around by the service providers -- specifically tickets to events, gifts, dinners et. al. -- somehow those become the "property" of the "special few."
Pay attention to when advertisements run to be sure you get what you paid for. There are statistical service report companies that provide the data of when they ran, and what TV radio station ran them.
Measure the "bang for the buck" you get. Are the ads providing the return you are looking for. What are the advertising targets ?
Was involved in a fraud concerning the quality of paper purchased for print ads -- provided inferior paper, but charged for higher quality.
Any advertising related expense reports are of interest.
Look at any refunds you might get for failure to perform as contracted.
