What is the use of GMCS? How to tackle in case there is language barrier while attending such meetings?

Language is not a barrier , if you have good communication skill. You can speak in your own language. It is not compulsory to speak in any particular language.
GMCS class give you idea, how to speak on public forum or one to one, Your body language, your eye contact etc.
