any person cannot approch supreme court directly , only after deprevied by the lower courts one can appeal to superem court, simple if we can apprach supreme court directly why shud we have district, state high courts.
can i write your name IN cs examination as like defination that according "In case of violation of fundamental right if the violation falls within the ambit of Article 32 one can move directly to SC"

Rahul understand like this if any right is violated a person has to move to the court of lowest jurisdiction. But if any fundamental right is violated article 32 gives remedy to move to the SC directly. AS far as related to your II part of querry about "According to" definitions or explanation specially for constitution must be adduced from the explanation given by Judges of supreme court and not according to any second person. you can quote "J.C.Johri P 109 Indian consitution and politics" or "B.P.Gajendragadkar P.60-62 Indian constitution" if you have any other querry you can write to vardansharma@gmail.com
