19 November 2011 A SEZ Unit issue Form I to get the benefit of CST. The Seller will received it from Purchaser(SEZ Unit) and submitted it to the Sales Tax Department at the time of Assessment. Generally CST is exempted ag. Form I Sale. But as you know that CST if vary state to state and can be changed any state at any time so confirm it from the concern state department.
