Purchaser State Tamilnadu / Seller State Maharastra
I was issued FORM C to my supplier (Whole Year purchases) for the accounting year 2005-06 and also
Completed my sales tax Assessment, now the supplier asking individual form for each quarter what can do for this situation.

23 March 2010 Dear Ramji,

Issuing 'C' form for the whole year purchases is not there in any of the act or rules of sales tax. The form is to be issued on quarterly basis of his sales/purchases made.

Please collect the 'C' form from the customer and cancel the form issued to the customer by writing covering letter to the commercial taxes dept and issue fresh 'C' forms to the customer on quarterly basis based on purchases made.
