You can claim tax credits which are eligible based on challans, TDS certificates like Form 16A, Form 16 etc.
Form 26AS is provisional tax credits which may go change at any point of time in future based on rectification of mistakes by deductors. It is advisable to claim tax credits based on records or proofs on hand.

You should first check that the amount coming in 26AS is genuine. If you have earned any income on which the TDS has been deducted then you should include the income in you ITR and also TDS.
But if it is not your income, then you should leave the Extra TDS and claim only your TDS.
