I had to give form 15CB to client for foreign remittance against professional services, foreign entity has no P.E. in India & TAX RESIDENT OF USA(as per their certificate). So, Tds on professional services will be nil & tds on interest liability for delay in payment will be 20% as per my knowledge. kindly advice.

TDS on professional services shall also be at 20%.
