09 June 2017 We have forget our create user id & password. What do i do for received user id & password.
we don't know about used email id & mobile no at the time of create used id & password.
please give me any solution for this query

11 June 2017 You will have to mail the details of the assessee to cbesmitra.helpdesk @ icegate.gov.in and cc to gst-st6mum @ gov.in quoting the mail subject as "Provisional ID required to migrate to GST" and give the following details:- Name, ST no., email id, mobile no., State as per latest ST-2 from your registered email ID at ACES. Also do attach the ST-2 and the sanpshot of the error. New Provisional ID will be send at registered Email ID

17 June 2017 Respected Rashmi Gandhi Madam,

Please advise me for a problem
Provisional ID & Password By ST Dept. 09AALFC2412K and xx77fo6a65.

Our above provisional ID & password used known person because when we used that ID and password for create the new user ID & Password so give the Error:-
1. " Provisional ID entered is already mapped to a user name. Kindly login with valid user name.
2. we processed with login through forget user name then show another Email ID & mobile. but registered Email ID & mobile does not match with our registration with ST.

Kindly advise for resolved the that errors.

17 June 2017 Ask you client with whom he consult in respect of it or who do their work before you. Only that person who register give you user id. I tried to consult this matter with GST Deptt tomorrow. PM me in evening may be give you some solution.

There is a problem, A whole seller/retailer in rural place.he supply goods in our area some General store. they can not give the payment through cheque/neft etc. how do manage the invoice and how much receive the cash. can he generate one invoice on a day for daily sale. please give me suggestion for cash transaction limit and generate the invoice for all re seller for registered General store, shopkeeper medical stores.

20 July 2017 Issue bill of less than 10000 in a day to particular person in cash. If he purchase more than it, issue 2 bills on different date.
