Foreign company formation exp & Tds on such pymts

Dear all,
our comapny is in process of formation of new company in foreign. For that purpose we have appointed one consultants in foreign. We transferred $5000.00 in the favour of that consultants to meet company formation exp & for other fees, whether we need to remit tds in govt treasury on such pymt?

For answer to your query please refer to the response to the query "tda on foreign national" dated 5th August.The TDS in this case is recoverable under Fees for Technical Services.
