i think keyboard amt. is below Rs. 1000, it can be accounted as repair & maintanance and also computer exp. or misc. exp., it is not capitalised.

In my mind, replacing a key board does not give incremental benefit over previously assessed economic benefit in the ordinary course of business. And the individual cost of the asset would be mostly less than Rs. 5,000. So it would be left to the company even to capitalise it and depreciate fully in the year of installation.
