I am going to file the return of income for one of my relatives for the first time. his income is from business and bank interest only and he is running his business by hiring the place he don't have his own commercial property to run the business. Queries are following 1) what is the procedure for filing the return for the first time and what documents are required for the same. 2) can he write the address on the return from where he is running the business i.e. rental address or should he write the permanent address? what happen if there is no permanent address?
