We are transferring stocks to our outside state depots (consignee agents) against form F . Case :- We have transferred stocks on 29/04/2011 i.e. April (transfer date 29/04/2011), Our depot received the material on 05/05/2011 i.e. May. Now Depot has issued F form against this transfer in the month of may 2011.
Will it be acceptable for our state tax authorities ?

Under the CST Act, any movement of goods from one state to another state should be supported by C form for sales, and F Form for stock transfer (other than by way of sale).
first f form for one month
as per First Proviso to Rule 5 of CST Rules 1957 provides that one F form covering receipts during the month can be issued. If space in F form is not adequate, a separate list may be attached as annexure to form F giving details, provided that the annexure is firmly attached to the form. The blank form has to be obtained from sales tax authority in which the transferee is situated, i.e. State where goods were received. If the form is lost, indemnity bond has to be given and duplicate form clearly marked as Duplicate can be issued.

Thnks Mr. Ramesh for your prompt & detailed reply. However, my case is :
I am consignor is in Indore i.e. M.P.state, Consignee is in Ranchi i.e. Jharkhand state.
Now Indore has transfer the material in the month of april and Ranchi i.e. consignee has included this transfer in their May F form.
My Indore finance team is not accepting this and insisting that , Ranchi consignee should include this April transfer in April F form only and not in May.
