One of the Private Limited company provides Software related services to another company in USA. The company situated in USA is a related party (due to majority share holding). Request you to explain what would be impact on GST and also if the Indian Private Limited company can claim ITC. They are not situated in SEZ and they do not provide any software services domestically. They only export.
