Hi Everyone, please tell me if saomeone is providing services from india to srilanka, service tax is applicable or not. If yes then which rate?

you will have to check the Place of Provision of Services Rules, 2012 to determine where the services have been actually provided. only after that it can be determined service tax is payable or not.
