We are Shipping man power recruitment co. And we are providing service to one of the Hongkong co.I want to know we are liable to pay service tax or not. if we are liable for examption please explain it.

Case 1: You provide recruitment services to your HongKong client. You get fees from Domestic Candidates. This is Domestic Business. You have to pay Service Tax.
Case 2: You provide recruitment services to your HongKong client. You DON'T GET any fees from Domestic Candidates. You charge your foreign client for your service. This is Export of Service. You DON'T have to pay Service Tax.
