    Dear I am Holding a ***Pvt.Ltd Company*** in Kolkata. Presently I am Planning to offer a Self-Management Course. Did I need any other certificate other than Trade License as I am Already registered under company act-1956(1 of 1956)? Can Fee regarding that Course be decided by Organization? Please help!!!     Sir, we are in the business of providing "Software Development & Testing" services in NON-PHYSICAL form. Our monthly invoices are of value around $15000. I have heard that, for export values less than $25000, you are not required to declare the value on SOFTEX. Does it mean that we are not required to submit SOFTEX form with STPI? - Tushar Desai

We would like to apply under fast track exit mode to srike off our company.Is it mandatory that before applying we need to file balance sheet and profit and loss account to remove from defaulter list and then file application under fast track exit mode. reply is urgently sought
