About me

Kochi based company secretary now working with Nest Group of Companies as Assistant Company Secretary;.....was working with the Office of the Company Secretary, Cochin Shipyard Limited, Kochi. I graduated in commerce in 2006 after which I got employed in the Kochi Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as the Officer in Charge.

I qualified the CS Finals in 2009. Was one among the core members in the formation of the Students Forum and was the first chairman of the ICSI Students Forum, Kochi. Was the faculty for Business Laws and Management at the Kochi Chapter and now a visiting faculty for Company Law (Executive Level) .Was also an editorial board member of Corporate Supernova, the first e- journal in the country from the CS student’s arena.

My areas of interest include Legal vetting, corporate governance, public issue management, public relations etc. Have managed to pilot number of career counseling programmes, fairs and seminars of ICSI. Have handled couple of sessions for the students of ICSI including numerous Student Induction Programme (SIP), Executive Development Programme (EDP), debates and group discussions.
