sir, 'x' company is fitness (zym) service provider company purchased fitness equipments from u.s through 'y' company .though bond to bond agreement is there between x and y in that agreement customs must be beared by 'x' company . in the bill of entry it was mentioned like this imported by 'y' sold to 'x'. can we avail customs input against service tax. please provide detailed information
