I am from Garden city / Silicon City / IT Capital of India........ Yes Bengaluru. I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary And persuing LLB from KSLU.

I want to share some knowledge which I acquired (acquring /would be acquiring) when i was a persuing  both the professional course.

    Respected Sir, My Query is regarding filing of Form 112. Sir i had completed my B.com through regular college mode, & for that i already had submitted form 112. in august 2010 i had apllied for registration for a Correspondance Mcom and in the same month i also registered for my CS Executive. now the query is whether i should fill 2 forms for both the cource or for only CS. Thanx a lot in advance

    Sir I am having some shares of a company which I purchased Rs.10 per share at that time. Now the rate of the shares are Rs.500 per share. I want to sell these shares now. Please tell me the tax on capital gain. Also tell me how the company adjust this amount in its accounts?
