one of our unit has established in tax free zone...can we get any tax benefit if we purchase a product from a company which is also situated in tax free zone and after that further we transfer that product to our head office which is situated at delhi

WE have co owned house property, which was purchased in 1991 at 100000, we all partner of the firm are family memeber ,one of us had discontinue as apartner in 1995and one has expired in 2006 , we total 5 partner were there now we are 3 partner in firm we want to sell property at 2400000 what will be tax structure ,sir please help us we have very short time , Thanking you in advance
