Sir Two assesse using same PAN inadvertently. Both the PAN issued by I.T.Dept. Facts Type- HUF Name- Same D.O.I- Same in reality name of Karta also same. One is claiming TDS refund whereas other one paying self assessment tax. what to do?Plz help
