hello sir, i have old ser.reg but when 2 year ago it is convert in pancard base by law. my ca gives the application for this and surrender the original certi. but till now he can not get the amended or renew service tax registration in between we have no work for the construction so we not make any service tax invoice but in last november2012 one work we get and my staff make invoice with the service tax. now how can i pay the service tax? please guide me.

Hi Sir, I am in my 2nd year of article ship. my principal is retiring from the partnership firm(under which i am registered) and now he is starting his own proprietor ship firm.. what is the procedure to transfer my articleship in this case.?

Sir I've got an serious injury in my leg due to which I'll not be able to continue my articleship of ca for 2 months, keeping this in mind my employer has given me a transfer but to take a new registration requires some time, meanwhile my first year of training will expire. So will it be authentic to take a new registration after thks expiry or the limit of first year apllies to the new registration too??
