In addition to my practice I  am  guiding C. A. Students on the subject how to prepare, write in the examination  and to pass C. A. Examination.  Many time I have  deliver lectures in ICAI, Mumbai on this subject.  During training my artiles pass C. A. Examination in the first attempt and many have come out with ranks which gives them oppoprtunities to work with Big 4..

 

I am practicing Chartered Accountant since 1978.  I am dealing the matters of Income Tax and handle scrutiny assessments, Appearing before CIT (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, High Court and Supreme Court by hiring advocate and councils. Company Law - settling the disputes, formation of the company, Audit, FDI investments, valuation of shares , due diligence etc., Arbitration - settling family disputes and other disputes, Project Consultancy - Bank Finance, Project viability, revival of sick industries and all other matters to run the unit at a profit.  I was the advisor to the Ex: Chief Ministers of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh for quite a long time and was in the recruitment board of Arunachal Pradesh Forest Corporation Limited.  At the ICAI I was Branch Chairman of Guwahati Branch for 3 consecutive years and organised many seminars, conferences.  I was also a paper writer and chaired many sessions of the seminars and conferences.

 

 

I am based at Mumbai and have specialised in Income Tax Matters, representing cases before various authorities including CIT(A), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Settlement Commission.  I am also specilied in Company Matters, resolving disputes and putting back on the trac sick industrial units with proper financial and marketing planning.

    sir, last pce examination i got exemption in accounts and tax. now i converted to ipc. so could i get exemption in accounts and tax for the may 2013 exams?

    I want to start a new proprietorship business in the name of my wife. My wife is a salaried employee. She will not be working in the proprietorship, but will only provide the initial capital. Work shall be done by me and other employees. Her current company has no objection this arrangement. However in future, if her new employer has an objection, and at that time, if i wish to become the proprietor, or i wish for my father in law to become the proprietor, then is it possible? If so how? We would like to continue the business in the same name, so that there is not change in the bank accounts, VAT, Service Tax etc. Is this possible? I realise that PAN would need to be changed.

    Hello sir, I want to know the procedure of how to get myself registered for IT training online, as I am not getting proper details.I am from Kolkata and the site is not providing with any registrations details of ITT. And is it mandatory for CPT route students to complete ITT and Orientation programme before sitting for IPCC exams under the new scheme.

    Sir, i am having a query relating to one of the my client, who is in trading business of Steel Tubes and pipes and has planted a factory that is a manufacturing division of steel tubes and pipes in sabarkantha district of Gujarat for the purpose of Domestic as well as Export sale of production, Can you please do let me know what incentives and Tax Bnenefits for a newly established industry in that industrially Backward Area he can avail, as soon as possible.
